2.7.0 - Dungeons & Slayer - Part 2
Content dump!
Added all remaining modern spellbook spells (telegrab, alching, tele-other etc..)

Thanks to Syntax for contributing scroll to zoom and extended render distance for the client:
Finished off 99% of slayer monsters and all the dungeons they reside in;
Kalphite hive & Kalphite Queen
Ancient cavern & Kuradals dungeon, Pollnivneach dungeon
Living rock caverns
Chaos tunnels & Bork
And not to mention the missing monsters: wall beasts, brine rats, cave horrors, dust devils, strykewyrms, shadow warriors, dark beasts, suqah, desert snakes, otherworldy beings, zygomites, ghouls, werewolves & shades
Including access to Zanaris via the Lost City quest
And the Tears of Guthix quest and minigame, along with Tormented Demons
Nothing much on the engine side other than a few important bug fixes and different ways of handling data in toml tables.
