Introduction
Time for some Christmas Heim-jinks! Being a Daemonheim barbarian is hardly the most relaxing or enjoyable of lives. You wake up, cook your fish breakfast, wrap up in a loincloth and enter Daemonheim, determined to thin the ranks of the creatures down there. There's no time for taking a break, and certainly no opportunity to party! Recognising their efforts over the past months, a jolly Fremennik named Thorvar Crittersmash has returned to his people and proposed that they take a break for the Heimland Games this Christmas. The problem is, Thorvar looks a lot like Santa Claus, and the Fremennik are skeptical that he is truly 'one of them'. So, to prove himself, Thorvar entered Daemonheim to complete a floor; a simple task, until he came across one of the most ferocious creatures of RuneScape... |

The Event
If you plan on helping Thorvar Crittersmash, you will need to travel to Daemonheim. You can travel via the Christmas cupboards, found north of Falador, behind the Wise Old Man's house in Draynor Village, and in Varrock's market square. You can also travel to Daemonheim by more conventional methods: the ring of kinship teleport or the boat from Al Kharid.

Once at Daemonheim, simply travel south of the entrance to the castle, where the rewards trader sits. Thorvar has taken up residence here, and stands ho-ho-ho-ing at passing adventurers. To start the Christmas event, you will need to talk to him and find out what needs doing.
On request, Thorvar will teleport you to the troublesome floor of Daemonheim. There, you will be required to gather the props that Thorvar dropped for the Fierce Wintumber Competition and navigate five rooms of fiendishness!
Rewards
Once you've lit up some stalagmites, crept up to a snow angel and faced off against the ferocious beastie, you'll be returned to Thorvar where you can claim your rewards and travel to the Land of Snow for the celebrations! You can also use the cupboards to travel to the Land of Snow once the event is complete. Here you can party like a true barbarian, competing in a number of events with your friends.
