Adding "coming soon" or "under construction" text box for missing content

I think it would be a great idea, from a communication perspective to add a "coming soon" or "under construction" text for cellars or other content which isn't accessible yet.

Players would benefit from this information, since it communicates that the content hasn't been implemented yet and that the devs are aware of it.

Devs might benefit from it since, it could lead to a reduction in tickets and helps players to distinguish between missing content and buggy content
