Comprehensive Game Fixes and New Draynor Features

The following updates have been applied by Mod Alycia:

Fixed an issue with leveling up stopping combat
Fixed an issue with skilling queues
Fixed an issue with woodcutting not stopping properly on a full inventory
Fixed an issue with facing your target if your ammo slot was empty
Fixed an issue with tree canopies not disappearing
Fixed an issue with shop items being removed even if the stock amount wasn't 0
Fixed an issue with a missing tree
Resting has been disabled for now, as it's due a re-write
The bank booths in Draynor have been added
