Armadyl's Eyrie (Members)

Warning

You should be sure to read the God Wars Dungeon - Introduction before even contemplating visiting Armadyl's Eyrie.

Like the rest of the God Wars Dungeon, Armadyl's Eyrie is a terribly dangerous place, not least because you will be unable to attack any of its defenders with melee. Please only bring equipment that you're not awfully attached to.

Introduction

Inside Armadyl's Eyrie
Armadyl is an almost entirely forgotten god rumoured to have ruled the air and skies over RuneScape. He is usually assumed to be a good deity, though during the strife and terror of the god wars it must have been difficult to recognise good from evil.

The eyrie established within the God Wars Dungeon has largely undisturbed ice on the floor, for Armadyl's soldiers have little need for the ground.

Points of Interest

An overview of Armadyl's Eyrie
To access Armadyl's Eyrie, you will need a crossbow and a mithril grapple, as well as a Ranged level of 70.

As the entirety of Armadyl's forces in his base are capable of flight, you will be unable to attack any of them with melee - they simply pull themselves higher into the air and out of your reach while hurling axes, spears and devastating spells at you from above. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you bring a missile weapon or runes.

You must have killed at least 40 of Armadyl's followers to enter Kree'arra's headquarters.

Personalities

Kree'arra

Kree'arra was one of Armadyl's most trusted generals and must have been an enormous advantage in battle. His massive size and ability to ignore many of Zamorak's soldiers are the great strength of Armadyl's forces, and Kree'arra embodies them perfectly. With this mighty weapon, the Order and Law that Armadyl represents can be imposed upon those who defy him.

Wingman Skree

Skree is a devout and obedient follower of the Path of Law that the aviantese have chosen to follow, and he brings order with magical projectiles flung with remarkable force from the launchers mounted on his shoulders. Before being imprisoned in the God Wars Dungeon, he must have been highly regarded in aviantese society.
Flockleader Geerin

Flockleader Geerin is a natural leader and powerful soldier with many years of combat and many campaigns behind her. Her spear will doubtless continue to bring pain and death to those who embrace chaos and disorder.
Flight Kilisa

Kilisa favours the direct approach to warfare, and his twin blades have brought an end to thousands of Zamorak's followers and allies. His wings beat ferociously as he bears down on the enemies of Armadyl.

Quests

There are no quest starts in Armadyl's Eyrie.

Armadyl's Noble Warriors

Aviansie (Level 69-148)
The aviantese were Armadyl's most precious children, and it is told that when they were destroyed he wept and abandoned RuneScape. Of course, not all of them were slain - some were merely frozen - and they continue to fight in his name. You can only attack an aviansie with Ranged or Magic attacks.
Spiritual Mage (Level 122)
Living on after death to continue serving Armadyl, the spiritual mages use their knowledge of magic to rain spells upon the enemies of their god.
Spiritual Warrior (Level 123)
During their lives, the aviansie warriors strive to increase their speed and strength, and to bring the battle to their enemies, in death they are freed from the constraints of the body and become deadlier still.
Spiritual Ranger (Level 127)
The aviantese have always favoured javelins and throwing axes, taking advantage of their wings to hurl their weapons with great force at the enemies of Armadyl below.

Miscellaneous

  • If you are extraordinarily lucky, you may find that Kree'arra or his bodyguards drop shards of the godsword. The hilt that the finest aviansie craftsmen designed for that blade is only dropped by Kree'arra.
  • The birdmen of the Eyrie will be less inclined to attack you if you are wearing some of their armour.
